Hudson likes to learn about things that interest him. He is very smart about life skills and learns quickly. In school, he struggles with focusing because it's not that important to him.
He is always coming up with inventions and new ways to do things. It will be interesting to see what he does when he is older. His mind is constantly thinking. He was really good at this puzzle game Ubongo and won almost every round.

He whittled knives out of sticks and even sanded them to be smooth. He still needs to work on putting the tools back after he uses them.

Likes playing with Legos
Still likes to be outside riding his bike, his 4 wheeler or catching crawfish
He is a big help around the house and even organizes sometimes. He helps a lot with Camo. He said he didn't want an inside dog, but I know he loves baby Camo now
His favorite place to go is the camp. He may have not killed a deer this past season, but he is a great shot.
He talks about wanting to go to work with Josh all the time. Josh is training him to be a hard worker and he loves being like his Dad!
He likes climbing the one tree we have and gets Gianna to go along with him
We love our boy! A few years from being a teenager!!

She did a great job! The ballet and pointe dances were so powerful and beautiful this year! I always get teary when I watch and this year was no different.  I volunteered on Sunday for the last showcase I was with a class next to Jules and got to watch some of her dances from back stage.  Gianna and Jules were both in this showcase, so my parents came to watch on Sunday A long weekend for the big girls, but they love doing it

4-H shooting regionals was held the week of March 17th. Hudson had archery on Tuesday.  He placed 4th in his category and was going to state! Josh was out there all week since he is a coach  Hudson had shot gun events on Friday and Saturday.  Coach Mr. Donald and team They pray before they start  Kaden made it to state in shotgun This was his first year shooting advanced shot gun and it was tougher, but we are proud of him for trying it.  Hudson finished his driver's ed class. He got a 98 on the driving portion.  We celebrated Josh's 45th birthday at his parent's house. His mom made lasagna.  The beans were an inside joke  I made him Granny Lois' lemon pound cake  We went to lunch for Jamie and Leilynn's birthdays at Building 5 I gave Jamie a kitchen towel with Granny's pound cake recipe. She loves that cake and I have been wanting to make it for her. She loved it and cried.

February 2025

The girls had dress rehearsal for dance. I went on the Thursday class on the 6th. We got to see a preview of the dances.  Hudson had his first driving session on February 10th. He has to do 8 hours of driving with 2 hours being at night. I waited in the parking lot until he left. We did pretty good waiting while he was gone, but we kept checking Life 360. He said it was fine, I thought he was a little nervous. Afterward, he said it was no big deal. I guess we shouldn't be surprised, since he has been driving off road vehicles since he was young.  We spent Valentine's Day at home and made pizzas.  My birthday was on a Friday and I had work. Josh surprised me with an orchid for my desk.  I had lunch with some of my family at Albashas. Dillon was in town for something else and was able to come to lunch.  We celebrated our 19th anniversary by going to The little Big Cup in Arnaudville.  The food was really good. I had the crab cake and eggplant stack and Josh h...
