We had a family day together and went to the Louisiana State Police fun day and a little pumpkin patch. Josh was really looking forward to sharing the day with Hudson. It was a boy's dreamland with helicopters, fire trucks, K9 dogs, SWAT vehicles, etc. We get there and Hudson did not want to do anything! They also had a few bouncy things, which he tried. He got stuck with a lot of big kids and I had to go in and get him out. It was not the outcome we expected, but maybe next year he will be more into it. (yes, he is crying in this picture)
We didn't make it to the big pumpkin patch so we brought them to a little local one. There wasn't much to do, but Hudson had fun picking up pumpkins and running around in the field.
The annual Veteran's Day parade here was on Sunday afternoon. We didn't have a float in it this year, but we attended. This was Hudson's first parade as a toddler and he didn't like it too much. He was scared and stayed in the back of the truck the whole time.
Gianna sleeping, as usual. Slept through the noise, including sirens and music.
My conclusion is to let Hudson run around in an open field and he will have a good time. I guess the best things in life are free!
