Nash had a pool party for his 6th birthday
They really liked the slide and it went fast! Leilynn and Paw Paw Brent were catching them at the bottom.

We all went to the fireworks stand to pick out some fireworks to pop.
Hudson can now light them, very carefully and supervised. He loves to do fireworks.
A few of the bigger ones were pretty
There was a rogue rocket that came toward the garage where everyone was sitting!! It caught on fire and was right by the paper bag of fireworks. It was a scary moment and everyone scattered.
Gianna was a little scared after that, but she didn't wear the ear muffs the whole time which is an improvement for her
The kids would run out to catch the parachutes
For the black cats, they ran fast to the beat. It was so cute.

Then we headed to the levee by my Mom's house to watch the big show on the river
We could see them pretty good and it wasn't crowded on that side
Gianna and I went to a pageant that Emerie was doing. She did very well on her walking and speaking part.
