Entergy had the opportunity to make Easter baskets for hospice patients. I volunteered to make some and drop them all off at the hospice office. The plant had over 70 baskets to donate. I couldn't fit them all in my Yukon! I had my Mom bring some in her car too.
They were very appreciative since many of the elderly can't have visitors still with Covid and the baskets would brighten their day.
My good little helpers!
We had a pancake breakfast before our Easter service this year. A guy in our church made pancakes and they had sausage also.
Hudson wanted to wear a sport coat like Josh and I actually got Gianna to wear a dress!
We went to the Russo's for lunch. The kids dyed eggs with Cadie and then we hid the eggs for them to hunt.
Hudson found the golden egg
Then we headed to Nana B's for the evening where they dyed eggs again
They decorated cookies with edible markers
Easter egg hunt time. Hudson found the golden egg here too!
Ended the day with opening their baskets
