Hudson was 3 months old yesterday. He is becoming more and more vocal. He craves attention and loves for people to talk to him. We went to the doctor today for a check up. He is in the 75th percentile with his height at 24 1/2 inches and weight is 14 lbs 2.5 ounces. They took a urine sample to check his kidney function, which was fine. I have never heard of an infant giving urine, but some doctors do it. It was a collection bag that you put inside the diaper. I thought I had put it on wrong because it leaked out on his clothes, but it collected enough for the sample. I have not mentioned it before but Hudson sounds like he is congested or has a rattling noise in his throat. The doctor said it could either be loose cartilage in his voice box or reflux-nothing serious. We are trying Prevacid for a month to see if it improves. Everything else checked out fine.
